Another cool batch saliha.. I asked my wife to make oatmeal-chocolate balls. They are really good.

Nice that you liked them. Easy to make too. No need to buy any expensive incredients, just basic things.

Chocolate mice

This is easy one and I think specially children will like them - as what they are looking like - and why not adults too (if they don´t afraid mice).

Ingredients
Serves: 12

For the mice:
100g plain chocolate
5 tablespoons soured cream
125g chocolate biscuit crumbs

For decoration:
5 tablespoons chocolate biscuit crumbs
5 tablespoons icing sugar
24 silver dragées (silver balls) for the eyes
25g flaked almonds
12 (5cm) liquorice strings

Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Extra time: 1 hour 40 mins

1. Melt the chocolate and combine with soured cream. Stir in 125g chocolate biscuit crumbs. Cover and chill until firm.

2. Roll by level tablespoonfuls into balls. Mould to a slight point at one end (the nose) to form mice.

3. Roll each mouse in icing sugar (for white mice), and in chocolate biscuit crumbs (for dark mice). On each mouse, place dragées in appropriate spot for eyes, almond flakes for ears and a liquorice string for the tail.

4. Chill for at least two hours until firm.

Peanut butter popcrn

Ingredients
Serves: 6

2 packets microwave popcorn, popped
100g margarine
100g dark brown sugar
4 tbsp peanut butter
20 large marshmallows

Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins

1.Pour popcorn into a large bowl. In a glass or plastic bowl, combine the margarine, brown sugar and marshmallows. Cook at 1 minute intervals in the microwave, stirring between each time, until the mixture is melted and smooth. Stir in the peanut butter until well blended. Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn, and stir quickly to coat the corn before it cools.
